Meet Lily Skop, a mother whose journey began when her son Max was diagnosed with autism at the age of three. Like many families, Lily experienced firsthand how difficult it can be to find meaningful, high-quality services that truly support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities throughout every stage of life.

After years of navigating complex Medicaid, waiver, and healthcare systems, Lily recognized the need for services that go beyond meeting basic needs—services that create opportunities, build independence, and help people thrive in their communities. That vision became Maxxics Services.

As Max has been growing, so has Maxxics. Each new service has been thoughtfully added to meet the changing needs of individuals across the lifespan, ensuring that children, teens, and adults have access to the supports they need to live fulfilling, independent lives.
